    Thanks phil, Ybs offered me a ISA and the fixed bonds, but iam hoping to put away more than the ISA`s limit within the tax year and the fixed bonds i would need to put a lump sum into and can only invest as long as the bonds open (not sure how this works), both are not really appropriate.

    Probably should just be happy the YBS are willing to accept me, but hey lets see if there is any more out there wanting my money :rotfl:

  • I managed to get a internet savings account with YBS and I am 6 months into my bankruptcy and not been discharged, so there is hope for others :)

    I have a Yorkshire savings account and am not discharged
    I've had no problems
