nPower winge
Why are vulnerable people (parents!) so gullible that they will believe what door to door salesmen tell them? My dad was told that he would be cheaper with nPower and signed up and his DD was set at £58, £12 below what he paid with his previous supplier. He has now, some months later, been told his DD is changing to £115!
I asked if he had even checked the tarriffs himself, but no, he just believed what he was told.
I'm now trying to get his annual consumption so I can find him the best deal. Dad just wants to go back to his old supplier but I tried to explain that he might not end up on the same tariff.
