Cat could it be that you were more muscly before you were pregnant - if so its unlikely that diet would regain your shape for you...walking or swimming might help and if that doesnt cardio will...

Cat it will be the loose skin and you do change shape when youve had a baby. If I look at myself now from my belly button to tops of thighs i am a square and am such a different shape than before I had Bea even though im about the same weight. Hate to say it but unless you put hours in at the gym everyday I doubt you will ever be the same shape again.

Oh poo:p. I guess I can't count the time I'm "swimming" with Evie as all I do is sit in pool and hold Evie whilst pulling her through the water! I guess I'll have hours in the Gym to look forward to... Am still not going to do anything until I've finished breast feeding but I'm thinking I may stop that when Evie's six month's old... roll on six week's time!

It doesnt have to be hours Cat! Walking with her in a pushchair is great exercise as well - you just need to go fast enough that you are slightly out of breath and you'll be burning tons of fat :D

Wash inside out on a low temp. Won't stop the fade but should slow it down;)

I am actually in better shape now than I was before I was pregnant. I found running while breast feeding (double bagged the chesticles ;))means the calories have just burned away and the weight fallen off. I still have a bit of a muffin around the belly button and some excess thigh to shift but way less than 18 months ago:D
