My problem is that everything I log on to is very small! I have huge gaps either side of the page I am viewing, blank spaces either side, and what I am trying to view is small and contracted into the middle of the screen! Is it a Vista set up or Mozilla is what I am trying to find out.......and where do I go to recitfy it?
MSE is full screen, but the writing is very small and makes reading any threads or areas very tiring and difficult for eyes.
Many thanks.

Open Firefox's "Preferences" and click on the "Content" tab.
This will enable you to alter the font sizes for displayed text.
If you click on the "Advanced" button on that page, you will also be able to set a minimum font size.

Where is this "Preferences" located?! I can't find it in the options above?! Do I need to download more things for my tool bar in Mozilla? I have file, edit, View, History, bookmarks Tools and Help above only! I can't see any other options!
Many thanks for your response leopard;24580175 The pain of upgrading!
It has taken several attempts to get my McAfee loaded.
I hate Microsoft.

With that I am afraid I cannot, myself, assist you because I hate Microsoft so much that I use Mac! With a Mac, "Preferences" is on a drop-down menu that appears when you click on "Firefox" in the main (top) menu bar.
But Firefox is fundamentally the same on both platforms.

Something that might help -
right-click on the desktop
click on personalize
on the left under 'tasks' it says 'Adjust font size (DPI)', click on that
then click on 'larger scale'
That should make all text bigger.
To change the font size in Firefox, go to Tools->Options->Content, then follow Leopard's instructions0 -
hold control and pull the mouse wheel down if you have one , if you dont hold control and use the - + keys next to the numbers0
