Minimum size for a downstairs toilet

    I have a downstairs loo with a small basin in there and it's 86cm x 137cm.
    At each side of the toilet is about 20cm, If yo have 74cm that's like only 6cm either side less, so i think you have plenty or room, particularly as your room will be longer.
    Mine is off the back kitchen, i think when the house was built it was probably a coal shed.

    Hope this isnt breaking any rules but could i ask how much people have paid to have a new wc installed? I have had a quote for fitting (i have bought the wc and basin) which seems high to me.
