Minimum size for a downstairs toilet
Comments

I have a downstairs loo with a small basin in there and it's 86cm x 137cm.
At each side of the toilet is about 20cm, If yo have 74cm that's like only 6cm either side less, so i think you have plenty or room, particularly as your room will be longer.
Mine is off the back kitchen, i think when the house was built it was probably a coal shed.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.
