Sky+ clashing when recording only one program

Can anyone help with a Sky+ query please?

Over the last 2 days, I have recorded 4 programs, none of which overlaped and all of them failed to record and all said 'clashed'

I tried to set the football up for my hubby tonight and it didnt record :eek:. Again it says clashed.

Have absolutely no idea why this is happening and have tried the obvious - turning it off and on again!!

Any help gratefully appreciated.

lol why not just phone sky tech support thats what there for.

Check the cables from the dish in the back of the box. There should be two. Maybe one's come out or loose?

Failing that then you can check the signal strength of each one through the options - which you can get to using the remote but can't recall the sequence of buttons off the top of my head. Again, this should show if you're getting a good signal from both cables. It sounds like you're not.
