How do I get cashback owed to me from MoneyExpert.com?

Following a recommendation from MSE, I took out car insurance through a link provided by a website called MoneyExpert.com. The site promised 35Pounds cashback would be credited to my account within 60 days of my having taken out a policy and remained with the insurer for 2 weeks (which I have since the policy remains in force). I filled in the cashback form and have patiently waited for the 35pounds to be credited to my account. However, nothing has been paid to me. Repeated emails to the site have gone unanswered.
How do I get cashback owed to me from MoneyExpert.com?
Could I take legal action? How?
Many thanks - any advice gratefully received.

It has nothing to do with moneyexpert.com.
Have you tried phoning the company concerned?
Legal action is a bit OTT at this point.0 -

Sorry for any ambiguity BUT it is moneyexpert.com that offered the cashback if I used the link through their website. NOT the insurance company
So it is moneyexpert.com who owe me the money0 -

I think it is everything to do with them, they are obviously giving away a cut of there commission as an incentive , i would ring consumer direct.0 -

My bad.
I thought you meant you went through a link at this site.
I shall stand in a corner and get Mrs A to slap my legs until they blister.0 -
Had you already visited the insurers site prior to using the link on moneyexpert.com if so then the cookies left on your computer may attribute the sale directly to the insurer instead of moneyexpert.com and as a result they won't get any money so they won't have any to give to you.
Might be worth signing upto www.quidco.com as they give you 100% of the commision all for an annual £5 admin fee which they take from your first payment.0 -

You can use the county court to make a claim for money owed to you.

Might also be worth signing up to a 100% cashback site that gives 100% and also top-ups and doesn't charge any annual fees - what is earned is all yours.
This might be worth a look: http://www.topcashback.co.uk/

I am still waiting for my £35 cashback from moneyexpert.com due by next week. I notice their site only offers £25 cashback at present.
