Debt Relief Order

Hi i am about 3,000 in debt on JSA single private renting no assets need to get a debt relief order and was planning to do this as my debts are getting the better of me as only getting 50 a week JSA. But got 6,000 compensation unexpectedly two months ago which has been used to pay money back and buy essentials for kids. Only have 15000 left which i want to keep to pay for deposit on next rent. But a. its too little to pay off rest of debts and b. does it mean i cant get a debt relief order now as i have had that money. ? Really worried has anyone any ideas am also worried i wont get income based JSa as my contributions is about to run out.
Any ideas welcome.

Hiya,
You have to have no more than fifty pounds a months excess and no assets over 300 so you won't be able to with the compensation. Sorry

even though the compensation has more or less gone ????
on my actually income i have no excess0
