Nationwide claim

Hi All - In 2007 I made a claim for my previous bank charges. /i followed the whole process / template letters from here.
My claim is currently on hold at the court.
Recently the company who my husband works for went into liquidation and we are struggling finacially to pay our mortgage and credit card bills.

I have heard you can write to someone explaining you are in financial hardship.
Who do I write to and what do I write? Is it Nationwide or the court?

Many Thanks for your advice !

You write to Nationwide and explain the charge in circumstances and include an up to date list of the charges. If you stopped using the Nationwide account then to be perfectly honest, you have no chance of success. If the charges have built up again and you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities) then you may have some success on an interim payout which would be based on a timeframe of when his company went into liquidation(if he lost his job).
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
