EDIT: home screen loads up after awhile, but still not sure why message comes up
I am having problems with vista on my laptop. when I click on my user name and log in, it says loading and then the screen goes black. A message comes up saying setting up personalized settings rundll32.exe iedkcs32 brandie4 signup. I have looked on the internet and it seams that this is something to do with internet explorer. Any ideas.

Is there a message in the corner which says something to the effect of "Could not log into user profile, a temporary profile has been used"?
