EDF or EON ?
I am going to leave Scottish Power as my capped rate ends at the end of the month. Having done a few price comparisons the best capped deals seem to be either EON or EDF. Eon is slightly cheaper but as I have not heard much about either company I would value any feedback eg how good is their CS and how accurate is their billing ?

I'm with EON, and so far they have been ok. Like most utilities you have to watch them though. I got a letter about a month ago informing me that my direct debit was going up by £27 per month even though prices have gone down & I was in credit by £20
I phoned customer services & they couldn't have been more helpful. They recalculated there & then and I'm now paying less per month than I was before they sent the letter :j
So far so good.......................0 -
I find EON's customer service good, also I collect Tesco clubcard points which I collect with EON - you must remember to give them your clubcard number though to make sure its activated.0
