Help claiming back from Lloyds

In August I recieved a letter from Lloyds tp say that i was £3.64 overdrawn and that they would be charging me £15 monthly fee + £6 per day extra that i was overdrawn. In total the charges came up to £45 because i couldn't pay through the call center as they were closed.
Upon going into the bank to sort the above out, i notice a charge of £165 on my account. I asked the clerk what this was for but and he said that in May I was £50 overdrawn. I explained to him that i never received any letter stating this, to which he had no reply.
I find it hard to believe that with my debit card the bank would let me go overdrawn.

Neither less to say i was very annoyed and canceled my debit card there and then.

How do i go about claiming these back?

My account is based in Jersey, channel islands and they close at 5pm. The main call center can't deal with it because it is an offshore account.

Thanks for the clarification and that now makes sense. I think you need to have a look at the laws in Jersey and which one is similar to UTCCR 1999 in Jersey,
