Floorboards.... not so great in winter.

We have lovely wooden floorboards that have been sanded. The problem is that the filler had fallen out over time and in the winter it gets mightly chilly.
I was thinking of using something like gapseal.co.uk to seal up the gaps, anyone used this?
Is there another way, some some kind of sealent in a gun that expands... Im sure I found something on the net once....
