Just tucking into a sausage batch :D breakfast day at work today!!!

Had an induction with a specialist physio last night - i get some exercises that are planned for me - got Aqua aerobics on tuesday morn (its a class designed for people like me) so am really looking foward to that - as starting to feel a bit chunky have sooo missed going to the gym!

KKK sausage batch can be a comfort food and you can worry about it later AFTER the physio and aqua thing have kicked in.

Gemma hope you feel better soon.

Trying to catch up on my comping now. TTFN

Saw a royal mail van delivering parcels in my street. Aren't they on strike?

    Morning all!

Got my 5th Crunchie this morning! Yay!!! :j

Not sure about post - I finally got my eBay delivery yesterday, whilst I was out, along with a couple of letters, so my lovely postie was certainly working then. He's not been today yet though, but can come any time until about 1.

Amilucky? - don't joke, or c*stardy may infiltrate the Inn!!! :rotfl:

Hi Katie - hope you had a lovely night last night. Love eating popcorn and watching a movie - I've got a fleece rug to snuggle under to keep me warm!

Hi kkk! Hope you enjoyed the sausage batch! Aquafit great fun - sure you'll enjoy it :)

redbull - I really hope you're having a better day ((hugs)). crin suggested voluntary work and I thought maybe you could look into doing what I do? I research for the NT, so I spend time online, in the library and out and about and have my own 'project' to work on (I research a very racy member of Edwardian aristocracy - my choice!). The good thing with the research is you take it at your own pace so it fits in with whatever is going on in your life. PM me if you want any more info :)

With ref to the post on sites blocking entries, I think there was some comment on the co-op bike competition that weeowen67 posted here, also the celebrity angels one here

Right - I'm off for an early lunch now, then braving an abs class my friend runs - if I can take it after yesterday (I've a massive bruise on my elbow from when I whacked into the side of the wind tunnel, but don't think that stops me doing crunches...) :D

I'd just put a * instead of one of the letters (choose carefully :o), then he won't find it if he searches his name!

I forum search 'Melli' every day incase I miss anything... You know what they say though, eavesdroppers never hear good of themselves (and in c*stardy's case, that will no doubt be true :rotfl:)

I'll go back and edit mine! ;)

Katie, glad things are in place now for you, hope you make a lot of progress and get over this pain....

I think I heard on the news that those working postmen/women are agency workers? so may be a bit of random deliveries  3 more days next week ...
Amilucky.....I am going to eat that c!stard :D if he annoys you again, count on me!
