  • Hello........not been in the inn before. Is it for locals or can anyone have a drink? If so mines a lager please:D. Just thought I'd come in and say Hi really! I do loads of comps every day (its a bit like a dirty secret as I don't tell my friends in fear of them thinking I'm a bit sad I suppose....might tell them if I won more though!) and I just love the buzz of getting a parcel I wasn't expecting . Think Iv'e been comping for about 2 years now and not once have I been able to say I'm up to date with them.
My dream wins are 1) Call from ITV. 2)Smeg stuff. 3) Cath Kidston stuff. 4) outwell florida tent.
    Anyway hello and cheers!

... a money belt is a definite plan, I don't plan on carrying much cash - would rather take a card sting in interest than risk losing it all - Sorry Mr Lewis ;) :rotfl:...
Not sure if you'd be able to set up an account before you go but the best card to use abroad is a Nationwide Flexaccount Visa Debit card because there are no charges at all! (Scroll down to 'The Top Debit Card' for full details)

  • It's funny really as a few times I've thought I never win so I'm not going to bother anymore then something turns up and I get sucked back into it. Oh well.....my latest 'win' was at the local village show. I am officially the grower of our villages longest runner bean....ahh the fame and glory!

ooh I'd missed that one.. though getting a Nationwide account might be annoying.. was looking at those TravelEx cards or whatever they're called Our Leader talways talks about on GMTV.. will throw the idea past OH - he might have one of the better ones as it is, so stick everything on his card and pay him back

welcome jungliemac, I've seen your name about before :)

right.. who wants wine and who wants something else? ;)
