Hi,
I was wondering if someone could recommend any free software that would help me with a book/play I am working on? I've written quite a bit in the last month and want to be able to email or print it out in the future , I don't have word which is usually recommended.

Open Office has Open Writer, which is a general word processing program. If you want something like MS Word, get that.
Celtx is a program specifically for writing screenplays and the like. If you think that'll help you with your play, get that.
There's nothing stopping you from trying (and using) both of them.0
