What do I request? List of charges or SAR

I have 3 debts with Lloyds TSB which I am currently paying back via a DMP. My debts with Lloyds consist of an overdraft, Loan and Credit card. I want to reclaim charges from all 3 of these accounts but am unsure what to send off for initially. If I ask for a SAR I know I will get all info they hold on me for the last 6 years. Will this include lists of charges for all 3 accounts? If I just request a list of charges, can I request the list for the overdraft, credit card and loan accounts all in the same Data protection request costing only £10, or will I have to do 3 seperate charges list requests costing 3 lots of £10? Any help would be grately appreciated.

As long as you specify all three account numbers, you should receive all the infomation, via a SAR request and only have to pay £10. If LTSB fails to supply you with the info. after 40 days, file a complaint with the Info. Commissioners' Office:

    www.ico.gov.uk

Under a SAR you're requesting all the info. the bank holds, on you.
  • Thanks. I don't really want a SAR tbh. I've heard how much information you get. The only information I really want is the list of charges for all 3 accounts. Can I ask for this without submitting a SAR and could I get the list of charges for just one £10 cheque?

Include all the details and send the £10 cheque. The Full bells and whistles SAR is fascinating btw but if you send the letter from here then you should get what you want.
Remember on bank charges that the details go from 27th July 2001.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
