    as someone who is no longer on speaking terms with my neighbour following fence issues (it was constructed in such a way that it hinders my ability to access my garage) I have decided that life is too short to take this anyfurther and I just don't bother with him anymore, nor he with me

    pathetic yes, but come on, get a life and a sense of proportion!
