Selling a hotel room

Hello

If I were to sell a hotel room on ebay which has an emailed confirmation (I have checked with the hotel that a name change is acceptable) how am I best able to protect myself with paypal? Do I need to send a paper copy of the booking to the buyer? I was looking at the hotel category and wondering how others manage this...

Usually when i buy rooms from ebay, after paying, the seller just emails me the name its booked in, the first line of address and confirmation no. Iv done this a few times with travelodge hotels and iv had no problem checking in. If its a different hotel, then id check with the hotel. Hope that helps!

Ask for some sort of payment that cannot be reversed at some later stage.
