New Electricity Meter (REG ID and Rate Sticker)

I have a new electricity meter and it has a sticker on the front saying the following:

Display / REGID
Rate 1 / 02
Rate 2 / 01
Rate 3 / 04
Rate 4 / 03

What is the REG ID - does this correspond to the rate my electricity supplier charges me? If so, what rate (day, night, heat and heat other; on an economy 7 tariff) does REGID 01, 02, 03 and 04 correspond to? I need to make sure they've got it right after a load of hassle with being billed incorrectly in the past.

Thanks in advance
