help with natwest claim please??

so i finally! got my statements through today i've been though them and the total of my 2 accounts are

Total of both accounts = 5308 grand total plus interest = 6819.32


now should i treat these 2 accounts seperate or as one when it comes to claiming??
also i requested a loan statement with natwest have not sent as i had charges on there too should i mention this in the letter???

finally does anyone have the address for the right area of natwest to send this?? and should i send it recorded???

    NatWest don't make charges onto the loan as you would simply be in arrears.
    I have answered the address question on the other thread you asked.
    Keep both account claims together.
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
