Anyone Claimed Credit Card Charges from Bank of Scotland?

Hi,

I've just sent my first letter to Bank of Scotland requesting details of credit card charges over the last 5 years so I'm only at stage 1.
Anyone else claimed credit charges from B of S? Do they stall or is it a quick process?
Not sure about amount of charges yet.

For me it was a quick process, response to letter one was the usual difference between the charges and £12, Sent letter two and they rresponded with the full amount plus interest
