Claiming 2wice?

Hi everyone:hello:

I am with first direct (hsbc bank) and I managed to claim back most of my bank charges in 2007. When I agreed the sum and accepted I had to sign a form stating that this was full and final settlement.

Anyway I have since had further bank charges more than likely totalling about £400/500. Would I be able to open a new case for the charges I have built up since the first charges were refunded to me.

I know I should have been more money managed with my account but all it seems to take is one month of charges for going over by about 20p then the following month its fifty because I dont have the funds to pay the origional charge if that makes sense.

Yes. The F&F you signed was foor charges up to that point

Ok so I have just added up my charges since Aug 07 and I am ashamed to admit that they come to the grand total of £600.

If I start the process again will it go on hold or are banks now looking at them again?
