Puzzled - Energyhelpline result..
Hi guys and gals,
I've inputted the info given to me from Npower re my electricity usage (£605.08 p year) and gas usage (17226 KWH p year) into the Energy Helpline website, I'm currently a dual fuel, direct debit, Juice customer, it's saying that if I switch to Npowers Sign Online tarrif I could save over £300 per year.
Will Npower let me switch from one tarrif to another if I told them I could save this amount of money?
It just seems mad that apparently I'm paying £300 over and above other customers with the same usage with the same company? I know being a Juice customer I'm getting wind power (which frankly I'd love my own in my back garden if it'd mean free electricity!), I don't understand how they can charge me so much more for it though?
Thanks in advance
Lee

I suspect wind power is more expensive than ordinary electricity. It pays to be "green" Im afraid.. I dont see why they wont let you change to another tariff... If they do treaten to leave, it always helps.
