Late Delivery What Next?

Hi
First post in this section so here goes,
Bid on an auction for 4PSP games and won them:D happy days!
Auction ended 8/8 7.30pm(Saturday) paid straightaway(ie 2minutes), it stated on the auction seller dispatches in 2days. So waited until the 19/8 but no items:mad:, contacted seller who told me the item was sent on the 14th second class and should be with me soon.
I waited another couple of days and sent another message(21/8), this time he responded by saying postal strikes must have delayed the item and ther is nothing he can do until a month is up:mad:.
So what can I do as I feel a month for delivery is unreasonable, his other feedback has all been good so far.
Thanks

Definately open an item not received dispute, you don't have to wait for him to receive the refund from RM before you get yours0
