I have written to Barclays in order to try and claim for £521 worth of charges. However, I have received a reply stating that most of these are reserve usage fees or referral fees and therefore not reclaimable. Have Barclays managed to find a loophole by re-naming overdraft charges? What is my next port of call?
If anyone is in the same boat any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The Reserve Useage fees are outside of the FSA Waiver but have not been tested by a court so I would include them anyway in your claim. If you still have the Personal Reserve then I would get that removed to save you at least £22.00 if you went over the overdraft limit.I have written to Barclays in order to try and claim for £521 worth of charges.
