Lost Toolbar in Word

This is driving me crazy..

I recently downloaded some software programs which I need for work. The problem is that I have since lost all toolbars in Microsoft Word including the top line i.e. File Edit etc. I use word quite a lot and copy and paste from one document to another, but without the toolbars I don't even have a Save As option and it has made Word virtually useless. Any help would be appreciated.

Right click on the blank area at the top and it should give you a toolbar option, just select which ones you want back.

When I right click the grey area at the top the only options I get are
paste
font
paragraph
bullets and numberings
hyperlink
synonyms

I have tried right clicking just about everywhere, if I click the blue line at the top, I get
Restore
Minimise
Close etc

Just googled lost toolbars in Microsoft Word.
I fact it was the menu bar as well which was missing.
Found great site which has fixed the problem by following the onscreen instructions

Not able to post link, but if anyone else has same problem, the site provides fixes for various problems.
