I went to Toronto in July traveling with family so needed a room for five people.... we booked the Comfort Suites in Dundas because that was the best deal around for 5 people (2 adults, 3 kids).... free breakfast on weekdays and the tram stops just outside the hotel..... just need to take he tram to the underground then you can go wherever you want..... hope that helps... please pm me if you want more details....

  • Consider staying at the International Youth Hostel - open to all ages. Check out https://www.hihostels.com which is part of the Youth Hostelling Association (YHA). $23 a night each and there are 2,3,4,5 & 6 bedded rooms.Under 5's no charge. They do a variety of packages which attract added benefits. It really is a very nice place, don't be put off because it is a Youth Hostel. However, depending on how many of you travelling the cost of a cheapy hotel/motel room could well be less!

Can't advise on accomodation BUT I was enquiring about flights to Vancouver recently and was advised about a company that is the easyjet of transatlantic flight.

I've seen flights from less than £40+tax each way to Canada.

    Regards
