Can anyone help me with my bill?

Hi all, my gas and electric bill has all but doubled over the last 4 years and I'm looking to change supplier as my month Bill has shot up to around £165 a month! It was £132 a month which I thought was steep! I live in a 3 bed terrace!
To do this I need to decipher my bill which I cannot make head nor tail of. Can anyone help me with this? I like to think I'm reasonably intelligent, but these bills are completely impenetrable to me.
If anyone could tell me what the figures are that I need to plug into EnergyHelpline or USwitch I'd really really appreciate it.
Here is a screen grab of my latest bill from EON:

Many thanks!

Do you have bills a year apart to estimate your annual usage? Your electricity meter readings are already in kWhs. Your gas meter units have to be multiplied by about 32 to convert to kWhs.
If you don't want to faff about with that, telephone Eon and ask them for your annual consumption in kWhs
You can then plug your annual consumption in on the comparison sites so you can take a punt at which would be a suitable tariff.0 -
Here is a bill from June, does this help. Although I will email EON now and ask for yearly KWH use.

I've had a reply from EON about my consumption:
Your annual consumption for gas is 25631kWh and your annual consumption for electricity is 7230kWh.
I've plugged these figures onto one of the comparison sites and the second best choice is actually another EON product. I wonder if EON would allow me to switch to it via the the comparison site to get the wine or cashback?SIMPLE SIMON - Met a pie man going to the fair. I don't think switches via sites will yield any bonuses if you are switching tariffs between an existing supplier.
With an annual consumption of 25K and 7K there is plenty of scope for you to reduce your useage. You can save some money switching tariffs but this will be dwarfed by the additional savings you will make through adjusting your actual useage.0 -

Can't see you getting wine/cashback because you're changing tariffs rather than switching supplier.
We are a family of six in a three bed house and our consumption was gas 31,000kwh and electricity 5200kwh - and that was after making cutbacks. In the last year after more reducing, we're down to 24,000kwh gas and 4800kwh electricity costing about £1200 a year. Can't see us reducing any more without sacrificing comfort, which I'm not prepared to do. I would imagine you could easily cut back your use - I started making a list of what we used and how we could cut back. Start with heating, hot water, electric showers, oven use etc as that's where the big savings are to be made.
I also read my meters daily to keep track, still check once a week.0 -

Sorry HappyIdiotTalk but offers through cash back sites are for people switching suppliers rather than changing tariffs.
Looking at your usage there may be ways we can help you reduce your bills by cutting back on your consumption. We have a specialist Energy Efficiency team who can advise on this.
Give them a call with a list of your appliances. They will be happy to go through your usage and offer relevant advice.
Ask them for a copy of a booklet called '100 ways to help save money by saving energy.' It's free and contains lots of useful advice to help you cut back.
Check out the interactive house on our website. This also has a lot of useful tips about saving energy.
Hope this helps but give me a shout if you need more info. Always happy to help.
