what to do ?

hi, need some advice and where to go really?
i got just under £25k in premium bonds, ok not a good idea i know, but last year i had about £50 coming in quite frequently, its this year i got nothing.

i wanna know shall i take it out and either put it in a savings account?
can't really decide between fixed terms or flexible ones.
and the rates X % gives me no clue in how much i can be getting back per month
what are the best but "safest" rates/company now?

thx in advance

    wwp58,
PB's are OK for a bit of fun, but if this is all your savings then some, if not most, needs to be elsewhere.
If you have debts then pay them down.
Just keep a rainy day fund.

Edit, Cash ISA's, then look around for anything over 3.5% instant access. There are some good deals come along every so often that you need to move quickly on.

    Best of fortune.
