I have added comments in above. Could you clarify if the secured loan monthly repayments are included in your SOA. I think you need the help of a debt charity, try the CCCS, National Debtline or Payplan. They are free to use and DO NOT USE ANY COMPANY WHICH CHARGE.

I apologise in advance if I duplicated comments, I haven't read the whole thread yet.

  • Hi everyone,

A quick update at last, well i heard today that no creditors objected to us going into a DAS, although my money adviser says that he will call me this week some time when he has heard back from the DAS Administrator, now im thinking something is going to go wrong as its too good to be true that we are actually getting some where. Does anyone know if this is normal?

Just a quick note to say merry christmas to everyone and a happy new year when it comes, i know my year will be a lot happier (hopefully) having been accepted into a DAS scheme my first payment will be in January and that will be 1 out of 100 payments - im trying to keep positive by thinking as each month goes by that is 1 less and 1 nearer to the 100 payments if that makes sense!!.

    Happy new year to all.

    Take care x
