Holiday Cash Card

Hi,
Not sure if this is posted in the correct area but I couldn't see where else.
Does anyone have any knowledge of the Holiday Cash Card which you can currently obtain free from their website?
It says that you can draw money from your account at any machine displaying the Maestro logo and for goods and services. It doesn't say though whether there is any charge to withdraw your money from a machine.
If there is a charge to withdraw money from the wall then it doesn't seem like there are anymore benefits to having one than just using my standard current account Maestro card.
Does anyone know if they do charge a fee to withdraw please?

16.2 The Card is subject to certain fees as follows:
DENOMINATION OF CARD: £ $ €
Reload Fee £3.00 £3.00 £3.00
PIN Change Fee £2.00 $3.50 €3.00
ATM Withdrawal Fee £2.00 $3.50 €3.00

.... and, what is very important for holiday card,
... Foreign Exchange Charge - 4%
I think, bluecorner card is much better for this purpose. At least, there is no foreign exchange fee, although there are other charges: bluecorner.co.uk
The best card is Nationwide debit or cash card: Spending Overseas: Cut the cost by over 6%0 -
Yep, you are much better to open a Nationwide account and preload that with cash before you go away. You cant beat their rates.0
