Which letter should I send to bank now??

I wrote to Lloyds on 3rd August requesting a refund for bank charges. To date they have not replied to it. I am not too sure which letter I should be sending next with everything being on hold.:confused:I dont qualify for hardship rules.

Hi thanks for your reply, I sent it to the Head office Gresham Street in London, no I didnt send it recorded delivery, I sent it by ordinary mail. Will that make a difference?

I would always send letters recorded delivery or signed for since the bank can always claim non receipt of a letter.

do you think I should send the 1st letter again then recorded delivery, or send the next letter (still not sure which one this is) recorded?

Send a 2nd letter. Include copy of your original letter and post it RECORDED DELIVERY. A C5 envelope, containing two sheets of A4 paper will cost £1.14 to post, recorded delivery. LTSB address:

    Lloyds TSB Bank Plc

    Charlton Place
