Large font in e-mails

For some unknown reason my e-mails have suddenly started appearing in very large font. I haven't changed any settings or done anything I can think of that would affect this. When I shut the PC down yesterday afternoon all was well, but when I rebooted last night, my e-mails all had larger than usual fonts.
Does anybody know what has caused this, or more importantly, how I can rectify it please?

Ooops. Just been having a look at the drop down menus in my e-mails and discovered the problem for myself. All is back to normal again now.
