Well if its a cash card that's required, then YBS give 2.1% - however I think the OP was looking for a debit card they can spend in shops etc0

Coventry BS now have debit cards on their Money Manager accounts. Branchsave Money Manager (if you live near a branch) or Callsave Money Manager (if you don't).
