Dear Sirs


I note that the terms and conditions for the Weetabix One Million promotion state that

"A list of winners’ names and counties will be available by logging on to: www.weetabixonemillion.com from 17th December 2010. "

however they have failed to make this information available.


I was interested to see the list of winners because I and many other members of the competitions forum on MoneySavingExpert.com purchased a large quantity of the product as we judged the promotion to be worth taking part in, however no forum member reported a single win in the promotion, which is highly unusual.


Please would you request that Weetabix make their list of winners available as per their terms and conditions. Perhaps you might also have a quick look at their list of winners to check that the promotion did actually produce enough winners to justify the advertising they gave to the promotion.

Did you contact Weetabix first, even if you did I hardly think you have been kept waiting too long for a response to justify a complaint.

They expected to have the list available from Friday, today is Tuesday, don't know if you noticed some parts of the country have had a spot of bad weather.


Took your word for the no MSE winners, I should have checked first, you are wrong.


A totally unjustified complaint, stating incorrect facts, no reason sought from the company or any chance given for them to explain/correct and trying to throw the MSE name about, really useful and will help (not) if/when there are any genuine complaints.
