I have heard about fit notes taking over the old system and was under the impression that the old IB50 would be replaced !? Is the Incapacity for work questionnaire IB50 being used now if not could someone provide me with a link to the current form as I cant find one anywhere ! I have been sent an IB50 form and heard on radio 4 at about 5am that the new forms are all about what you can do not what you cant, or I could have been dreaming...lol

I heard that they were using old forms on people already on Incapacity benefit and that they are phasing in the new questionnaires on people just claiming for what is now ESA. My friend filled in old 1b50 form a couple of months back. I think they want it to be phased in by 2010 at some point?0
