Reclaiming Bank Charges, halted cos of test case

Hi, some time ago I applied to Nat west to repay Bank Charges incurred and they replied saying that they couldn't do anything till the test case results were in.. Has the halt been lifted now ??

Do I start the process again.. also I have a loan with everyday loans and they have been charging overdue payments of £25 a month, is it possible to claim these back (I am currently on a DMP with CCCS)

Thanks

Jo

No is the answer on the OFT test case hold (ie nothing has changed)
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
