PCN ticket- gap in road markings
standingup2badthings
I recieved a ticket for parking 8 minutes over the allotted 30 mins.
The markings on the road had an extra gap in the paint.(May have been lost due to failure to stick to road or not filled in whilst lines painted)
Also within the marked bays there are lines so as not to park blocking private paths
I have appealed on grounds of not statutory markings
There should only be disabled or doctor written within marked areas.
And the white lines at the top should consist of 2 double line not 3
Have taken photos and sent to council enforcement (not sure how to post here)
Any other ideas or should I pay my hard earned money?
