I want to be able to use a USB VOIP phone and get its audio output through the phone (for exanple when using Skype), but leave the rest of the audio (music etc) through the speakers.
Is it possible to do?
I'm using a Windows XP Media Centre PC
thanks

As far as I remember usb voip phones have their own built in sound card which you can select within Skype leaving the main sound card as the default for all other sounds.0

Thanks for the tip, that really helped me
You're right usb voip phones have their own audio device, and in Skype it was already listed as its output, the problem that it also automatically became the default device for everything else. So I went to Control Panel and into Sounds and changed the default device and voila' it did the trick.
