retrieving passwords,expired norton 360,help please

Hi Fwor,was good enough to advise but i am ashamed icon11.gif to say im stuck at first hurdle i do not know how to navigate to this C:\Program Files\Norton Internet Security\Engine\16.2.0. he also gave me the norton 2008 to cover my tracks but no joy im afraid and since i have left it quite a while since my first beg for help that i didnt really want to bother fwor again,is their a way of going straight into 360 but i canot click on my settings propably because it has expired

    It's a couple of years now since I last used Windows but from (bad) memory:

    Programs, Accessories, Windows Explorer. You should then be able to click on My Computer, Local Disk (C: ), Program Files, etc, to navigate to the folder where the export utility is, then follow the instructions on using it.

    You may find that some of these folders/files are defined as system or hidden, so select Tools, Folder Options, View and select "Show hidden files and folders" and unselect "hide protected operating system files". Change those back when you've finished.

    The above is for Windows XP. MS changed the names of everything in Vista, but the process will no doubt be similar - though I can't say for sure as I've never used Vista.
