Active x wont let me in a chat room! HELP

Hiya
I used to go in a chat room on a mother and baby site but last night and tonight I have tried and it wont let me:mad:
The page loads then a box comes up saying "install active x" if I click yes it shuts down the whole page and if I click the red cross it shuts down the whole page. So how can I get back into chat please?

I forgot to say its not the site as I can use it from work! So definatly something to do with my bloody comp!
