Have Natwest made a mistake?

I was just checking my account online and noticed that Natwest have charged me for an unpaid item but the problem is I can't find where the unpaid item occurred, not only that but they've charged me £152
I am in total shock to be honest. I understand they charge you for these things but £152 seems a bit steep. In total this month they have charged me £28 + £152. The £28 will be for going over my overdraft limit. I have gone through my statement online but can find nothing regarding this unpaid item which they state in the online statement occurred on the 23rd July.
Surely this is just a mistake and will be rectified?
Another thing I'd like to ask. Can I reclaim for bank charges if I've already made a claim and it was settled? I did sign the pesky agreement not to make any further claims in future, I was just wondering if it's possible?

The charges are now pre advised 21 days after your statement dates. The £152.00 are for 4 unpaid items. I think you need to go to the branch and ask them where it happened and when.0 -

Thanks, I still dont understand though. As far as I can tell there haven't been any unpaid items, we would've known about them if that were the case. I have checked and double checked this on my account.0 -

Speak to the branch because I would have thought you would because those providers who did not get their money, you would have expected would have written to you about it0
