Both i and my partner have bank charge claims in process with bank smart since may 08 july 08 so a year practically and have not yet recieved anything back, my question is that we do not have financial hardship so we can not speed the reclaiming process up but i have since read some stories that bank smart can start requesting money from you when the case is not complete what should i do, i cant find the terms and conditions for pulling out should i just continue with them ? any advice would be useful x

Bank Smart will have no way of getting your refund any quicker than anyone doing it alone. As you may be liable for the full fee by pulling out, depending what they have done for you so far as above, then you may as well stay with them.
