I bought 2 items from the same seller under the same auction and after 4 days I emailed them to say why hadnt they posted yet as it tells you when theyve dispatched now,no reply
So after 7 days I emailed again and decided to open a dispute with paypal as they hadnt replied, so I get a message saying they must have got lost in post:mad: (dont think so) and do i want cheaper c**p ones or a refund so I asked for a refund and they obviously saw the dispute and made me wait till the next day.They have refunded me this morning along with a cancel this transaction email but I dont want to do that,do I have to?
And would it be sensible to leave a neg?
It will be my first if i decide to but i think they need it tbh
Also they have lots already should have known really:rolleyes:

Take your refund and don't waste your time or effort further is my advice, there are alot worse sellers and scams out there....0

I wouldn't non positive for an item lost in post and also sellers do have 7 days in which to despatch unless they have indicated otherwise in their auction.

Yes I believe I am very reasonable but they didnt reply to my emails on day 4 and also never dispatched so it was not lost in post, you wouldnt just say it willy nilly0

One of the others was talking about this new feature yet none of my won items have it.
All I have is the estimated time based on the time the seller stated they would despatch and the time allowed for the post office. This is one i bought Friday, it says:
Royal Mail 1st Class Standard: FREEEstimated delivery: August 27 - August 28, 2009
I can't see anything to say seller has or has not despatched item, in fact it arrived this morning.
Also sellers aren't obliged to confirm despatch on ebay anyway, it is merely a book keeping device. As Soolin mentioned the item dispatch logo is just a book keeping measure high volume sellers will not have the time or inclination to mark it. Others do not even know it is there. So unless someone from ebay follows you to the PO its not an accurate guide
Your seller had 7 days to dispatch. The worst thing that you know that he has done is poor communication on Day 4. The fact that you got a refund after day 8 is good. As RM do not consider things lost untill day 15. Most sellers would avoid refunding at least untill 12 working days or longer.
If it was me I would leave a Positive (as the refund was very good service) and mark down on the communication DSR. IF your that unhappy just don't leave any feedback0
