Tesco are doing a special offer £15 suit (skirt or trousers) that is really nice cut and material!

For IBS type symptoms go to Holland and Barrett and buy some Acidophilus capsules (friendly bacteria). Cheaper and much more potent than the little yoghurt drinks. You need to have with food and store in the fridge.

I used to take acidophilus for a stomach problem didn't realise they helped IBS thank you!! I bought some digestive enzyme tablets today to see if that helps!

I have been taking linseeds recently for disgestive problems - apparently it is good for IBS symptoms as well. You can get it from Holland and Barrett and its quite cheap! It has helped my digestion and its really imrpoved my skin and hair as they are full of omega three!

Linseeds?! Never knew that! Something good for skin would be most welcome, I seem to get an unpleasant outbreak of big spots (soooo painful) whenever I start a new job!! Not sure if it's stress or nerves or something!! Dont feel stressed or nervous so it does puzzle me!

First day went ok!! Got a pretty kool office, the consultant seems nice and all the secretaries seem lovely on my floor!! Think I could be happy there!

On a DFW note I parked on the road (longer walk but free parking) and I've had my 1st NSD!! Not a bad start to the month!

Evening all!

Well I've had a fabulous last few days!! New job is kool! Really like it! Am looking forward to my first real paycheck though (been a while), really want to crack on with spreadsheets and moneysaving etc!!

Was my birthday at the w/end and loved every minute of it!! Hope you all had a good weekend!

I really cant believe we're in September already!! Before we know it December will be here!! Ahhhh!! I am a bit of a fan of autumn/winter tho!! Mainly when I'm inside lol!!
