What feedback???

Hi,

I bought a pair of trousers which were listed as in " perfect condition " and "as new" great i thought i'll have them.... she posted them off really fast and i recieved them this morning...opened my little parcel full of excitement ( sad , I know!) just to find that the zip is completely broken on them, not just a little broken but utterly bust!
She had to have known this when she listed them it's not something you couldn't!

I sent a message this morning stating that i'd recieved them but i was disappointed that they were broken and could she reply to me asap so we could reslove the matter. ( I was very polite)
She repied that she would refund me however i'd be liable for the postage costs for returning them.... I don't think this is very fair.

They only cost £4 so i don't really want to be out of pocket by £2 to send them back...so what i do i do?

What feedback would you leave?

Send them back tracked with a polite note to say you will expect your postage costs refunded as the goods are faulty. Once you know she has them give it a day or so and if you don;t get the refund plus extra for postage leave a non positive.
