Eon & Paypoint Payments...

They have told me that for a cash payment to reach them via paypoint i have to allow 14days for it to reach them..this seems excessive.can anyone confirm this.??many thanks...so a payment due the 14th of the month i have to pay the 1st at the latest or they will cancel my payment plan..:eek:

    Not sure who has told you this. :confused: Payments made via a Paypoint or Payzone terminal will reach your account by the next working day.

    If you have a payment arrangement in place you will need to make sure payments reach your account by the due date. Therefore, you do need to make allowances for week ends and Bank Holidays as the terms are strict and the arrangement will fail if a date is missed.
