Not all cases are that black and white and I suggest you don't generalise or judge anybody on here, I believe in some cases you could be right BUT in many cases you are not and do not know the ins and outs, I check my bank account daily and still miss things, forget to account for stuff, thats not because I want to be dum but simply I am not great with sums and stuff, people vary and differ on intellegence and ability,thats life guys!!! So glad you are so up together with your finances, if thats the case, what are you even doing on here moaning about all us apparant people expecting banks to run our accounts for us, I certainly don't!!

Nick - I think you misunderstood my intention. I wasn't accusing anyone of being 'dum'. But it is a theme seen time after time on the forums and yes, I generalise on that basis.

Well you shouldn't generalise and I said if you are doing so great why are you on a website advising people with money or financial queries giving your opinion when not really asked for? People are in desperate need of help and in a lot of cases for genuine reason, your comments are neither wanted or helpful and doesn't assist the person who originally placed this post!
