Bunches Flowers No Thanks

I surfaced the net to get flowers for a year and came across Bunches who were offering 12 months supply £199 plus posy points i.e. every £30 you spend they give you in points £1.50 back Well their yearly system when you made your monthly selection started in 2010 not 2009 . After 3 attempts I called Bunches at 8.30 and was answered by a very tired person who was not in my opinion interested in my order but in finding out why I found fault with THEIR system. I explained to her if she continued to speak to me in that manner Bunches can forget it. I received an email from a sales team person of course backing up her junior I replied that I would let the jury decides

Her Reply speaks volumes However they did me really a favour at BUNCHES as I continued to surf and found a lovely company in Jersey flowersbypostwith a full choice and double for the Chapel at Christmas. Price£135 inc Free Postage NO Chocks mind but they are not everyone's cup of tea. It is not always the biggest that is best or indeed value for money so be happy. Now in fairness we have in the Past used Bunches and found them OK so i suppose we cannot be good all the time!!! Fr Anthony
